With over 20 years of training experience, I bring a deep passion for strength, conditioning, and functional fitness to every class I coach. I spent nine years immersed in CrossFit, including five years as a CrossFit coach, developing a strong foundation in proper movement, intensity, and scalable training for all fitness levels.
Over the past two years, my focus has shifted toward high-energy, HIIT-style classes—helping everyday people build strength, confidence, and endurance in a way that is challenging, effective, and sustainable. My goal is to blend this training style with the gym’s offerings to create workouts that are purposeful, engaging, and results-driven.
I am currently training under a coach to compete in the NPC Women’s Bodybuilding circuit next season, which fuels my commitment to discipline, consistency, and continual growth.
